The Crit Stool (Task Height)

$450.00

The Crit Stool derives its name from the art school critique. It is a light and nimble stool that can be easily moved from one place to another while discussing a sculpture or painting. With three legs instead of four, the Crit Stool always finds solid footing on uneven art studio floors. But this stool works equally well for tasks around the house or shop, or even as an end table or plant stand. The cedar and white oak versions are suitable for outdoors and work great as a garden stool or for sitting around a fire. Pairs well with our garden bench in white oak or cedar.

Materials: Hickory, ash, cedar or white oak (cedar and white oak are suitable for outdoor use)

Finish: Hickory or ash versions (for indoor use only): satin clear polyurethane finish. Cedar or white oak: Brazilian rosewood oil.

Dimensions: 18 in. x 11 in. x 11 in.

Made to order. Allow one to two weeks production time.

Care Instructions:
The cedar and white oak versions of this stool are suitable for outdoor use. Both white oak and cedar are weather-resistant woods and will weather to a natural grey. To maintain the original finish and increase the life of the product, reapply Brazilian rosewood oil (Penofin) yearly.
