Bud Vase
I'm a "Surpie," or so says my loyalty punch card from American Science and Surplus in Milwaukee. I love rummaging around at their various offerings of Army surplus, laboratory supplies, and random marketplace castoffs, to see what materials I can reimagine into something useful. These vases are made using standard 60ml glass beakers, repurposed as a little bud vase. The wood base is made from two pieces put together using egg-crate joinery. They can slip apart like a puzzle and lay flat for easy storage.
Materials: Reclaimed mahogany or spalted maple, glass
Finish: Satin polyurethane
Dimensions: 11.5 in. x 2.75 in. x 2.75 in

Care Instructions:
Hand wash. Do not submerge.
